Southern Tennessee

Tonight: Rain will continue for a brief time this evening but is slowly drawing to a close. Expect breezy conditions as the low departs to our east. Temperatures cool off tonight into the 30's.

Wednesday-Friday: Highs typically in the upper 50's with lows in the low to mid 30's. Fairly dry weather across the area other than a few sprinkles possible late Wednesday.

Saturday-Tuesday: Highs generally in the 60's with nighttime lows dipping to the upper 30's/low 40's. Dry tranquil weather prevails for this time period.

Wednesday-Friday: Weather becomes a little more unsettled during this period with a rather powerful storm somewhere in the eastern two thirds of the US. Cold air will be poised to the north and will eventually pour into the south but may be slow at first. A possible winter storm could take shape for the northeast or mid atlantic states by late next week. Will be watching this storm for possible travel troubles concerning the Thanksgiving holiday.
